Welcome to Megavin Foods ("Megavin", "we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using this website

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the website with a parent or guardian.
• Give correct details (name, phone, email, address) when you order or register.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not misuse the website – no fake orders, hacking, spamming or copying our content.

3. Products & prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Product photos are for illustration. The actual product and packing may look slightly different.
• We try to keep prices and stock correct. If there is a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
• We may change prices, offers or products at any time without notice. The price at the time you place the order is final.

4. Orders

• Your order is confirmed only after we accept it. You will get an order number (for example MGV10001) and an email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the details look wrong, or we suspect fraud.
• For bulk / HORECA orders, a separate quotation and terms may apply.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI. For UPI, please pay the exact order amount to our UPI ID and mention your order number. We may hold dispatch until UPI payment is confirmed. We do not store any card or bank details.

6. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will help you track and solve them.

7. Cancellation, returns & refunds

Please see our Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Because these are food products, returns are accepted only for damaged, expired, wrong or missing items.

8. Food safety & allergies

Our products are 100% vegetarian. Some products may contain or be made in a facility that handles milk, nuts (cashew), mustard, sesame, soy or gluten. Please read the label before use. Follow the storage and cooking instructions on the pack. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 2 days.

9. Intellectual property

The Megavin name, logo, text, designs and product names on this website belong to us. You may not copy or use them for business without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for any indirect loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.

12. Law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at our registered office location. We always try to solve problems friendly first – please contact us.
