Are your products vegetarian?

Yes. All Megavin products are 100% vegetarian.

Do you add preservatives?

No. We use retort technology (sealed and sterilised in the pack), so no preservatives or artificial colours are needed.

What is the difference between Ready to Eat and Ready to Cook?

Ready to Eat is fully cooked – just heat for 90 seconds. Ready to Cook is a gravy base – add your paneer or vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes.

How long do the products last?

Unopened packs last up to 9 months (see best-before date on the pack). After opening, keep in the fridge and use within 2 days.

Do you have Jain options?

Yes – our Jain Style Tomato Makhani Base has no onion and no garlic.

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, click Checkout, enter your address and choose Cash on Delivery or UPI. That is it!

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track all your orders in one place.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, any UPI app).

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of cost before it is packed. Use the Track Order page or call us. See our Cancellation Policy.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE on orders of ₹999.00 and above. Below that, a delivery charge of ₹49.00 applies.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 3–7 working days across India.

How do I track my order?

Go to Track Order, enter your order number (e.g. MGV10001) and the mobile number used for the order.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Do you supply restaurants and caterers?

Yes. Our HORECA range comes in 1 KG, 2 KG and 5 KG packs. Send an enquiry for bulk pricing.

Do you offer private labelling or export?
