Order details: delivery address, city, state, pincode, items ordered and payment method.
Messages: anything you send us through contact, export or enquiry forms.
Technical data: a small session cookie that keeps you logged in and remembers your cart.

We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.

2. Why we use it

To process, deliver and support your orders.
To send order confirmations, delivery updates and password reset emails.
To answer your questions and enquiries.
To send offers and news – only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe any time.
To prevent fraud and keep the website safe.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with:

Courier / delivery partners – your name, phone and address to deliver the order.
Payment providers – only when you pay online.
Government or legal authorities – only if required by law.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies (for login and cart). We do not use advertising cookies. If you block cookies, the cart and login may not work.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and tax laws (usually up to 8 years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will delete the data we are not legally required to keep.

Passwords are hashed, forms are protected against misuse, and access to customer data is limited to our team. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps as per Indian law (IT Act 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023).

7. Your rights

See and update your details anytime in My Account.
Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Withdraw consent for marketing emails anytime.

8. Children

This website is not meant for children under 18 to use without a parent or guardian.
